All purchased credits are final and non-refundable. Once credits are added to your account, they cannot be exchanged for cash.
We may issue refunds in exceptional circumstances such as technical errors that prevented service delivery or duplicate charges.
Credits expire 1 year from the date of purchase. Expired credits are not eligible for refund or extension.
